HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – 5/6 Tramper (Sunday or Monday Start Day) – Northwich (General Haulage)

Jack Richards are looking for professional Class 1 (C+E) 5/6 Trampers to join our well-established, family run haulier.

** Unfortunately, we are not accepting applications from Newly Qualified Drivers with less than 12 months’ Commercial Class 1 (C+E) Driving experience **

Preferred Experience:

• Curtainside Trailers
• General Haulage
• Timber
• Ratchet Strapping
• Paper Reels & Cardboard Packaging

** You must hold a valid LGV/HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence, hold a UK digital tachograph card and a full DQC (CPC card) **

Role involves:

• Ensuring vehicles comply with legal requirements, reporting issues to your DC team
• Ensure the security and accuracy of delivery of the loads in your charge
• Following delivery instructions accurately and effectively
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations

In return you will get:

• Estimated Gross Annual Earnings:
• 5/6 Tramper (Mon Start Day): c. £50,300 + Bonuses (see below)
• 5/6 Tramper (Sun Start Day): c. £51,400 + Bonuses (See below)
• The above figures include:
• Enhanced Rates after 10 hours
• up to £10 per Day Meal Allowance
• In addition you can also earn:
• £6 per shift worked Retention Bonus (max. c. £1,300)
• SAFED Fuel Bonus (max. c. £1,000)
