At Jack Richards & Son, we believe that quality is vital to our business success and as such, we are implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with the international standard of good practice, BS EN ISO 9001:2015.

This policy statement demonstrates our commitment to quality and outlines the quality management systems we implement to ensure we meet customer requirements, exceed their expectations, and promote a culture that encourages continuous improvement in business performance.
